I am Ulrich Linnebank. I am a builder and transformer.

For years, my professional world has revolved around two dynamic industries: aviation and finance. My work is driven by a deep curiosity for exploring new technologies and ideas. This curiosity fuels my work in two primary areas: transforming large-scale businesses and building new ventures from the ground up. I am driven by the challenge of turning complex ideas into tangible, successful realities, whether by consulting for clients or by founding companies.

This passion for building was put to the ultimate test when I served as an Executive Advisor and Project Lead to create a new airline, today known as Discover Airlines. We took a concept and, in a record 356 workdays, built a fully operational company —onboarding a fleet of 17 aircraft and successfully hiring over 800 people to launch the first flight.

My consulting work also focuses on transforming established organizations during mission-critical phases. For Lufthansa, this meant orchestrating the post-pandemic operational "Post-COVID scale-up program" and managing complex carve-outs with thousands of employees. In the financial sector, I've managed multi-million EUR project portfolios for tier-1 banks , developed digitalization strategies for banking groups , and optimized processes in corporate and investment banking.

I advise clients on their most significant transformation journeys and share my knowledge as a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. At the core of it all is a relentless drive to explore what's next—even beyond immediate commercialization—to challenge the status quo and build the resilient, innovative, and efficient businesses of the future.
